Easter 17th - 30th April: £40 nightly tariff
May:235 per week
June: £250 per week
July 23rd - 27th August: £350 per week
September 3rd - 31st October £235 per week
November: £225 per week
December - February : maybe be available if requested.

TWO WEEKS £600
Long Winter lets available £95 per week, plus utility bills. Average winter temperature is 16C!
Holding deposit £60 per week - non refundable. The balance to be paid eight weeks before departure. If you cancel your holiday after the balance has been paid, a refund will not be made unless we can fill the vacancy. We therefore strongly recommend that you take out a holiday insurance policy which includes cover for cancellation.
Key Deposit
We will send you a key for deposit of a £20 cheque. This will be shredded when the key is returned to us, by recorded delivery, on your return to the UK.
Welcome Pack - £25
A welcome packs is available, by request only, and is necessary if arriving late as there is a well stocked supermarket within a short walk.
There is always flexibility with booking dates outside the peak season.
